FOREIGN MISSIONS NEWS
- Praise the Lord!!! After nearly 6 years of waiting on the permanent power to be connected in Malawi, it is finally there. This was one of the final hurdles to getting the certificate of occupancy to start taking children into the orphanage.
- Our November mission trip was just completed. The stories, testimonies, and pictures will be posted here soon.
- Our next mission trip is in the planning stages for late Fall, 2013. If you are feeling led to go, please contact Randy McEwen at our Rincon office. We are planning for Pastor/Leader training, Women’s ministry, orphan ministry & children’s ministry. If you have a different gift, we can see how to implement that as well. There may be some construction going on as well on our Children’s home.
THRIFT STORES NEWS
- NOW HIRING – our Rincon location is seeking 1 special person for a full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate must be able to work all shifts all days. Apply in person or use the contact form below for an informal introduction.
- Our Thrift stores are accepting donations of usable clothing, shoes, accessories, furniture, exercise equipment, jewelry, computers, electronics, toys, games, puzzles, baby items, etc. Donating to us is a great way to help us minister in the community and around the world, as well as providing you with a tax receipt for your items.
- The things we cannot accept include, but are not limited to: used mattresses & box springs, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, dish washers, washers & dryers.
