Acts III Churches

Since the beginning of Acts III's existence, in 2003, the Lord has been calling us to plant churches. In the past, all of our church plants have been in Malawi, Africa, but the Lord wanted us to plant churches here in the states as well. We have been hearing His clear call on this point for more than 3 years...very clear for the past 2...so hear we are.

Our current church is meeting is inside the Rincon Thrift Store. We have purchased mobile racks that we move out of way.

Our service time is 10:30-11:30 +/-.  The atmosphere is relaxed. Instead of sitting in pews looking at a stage, we sit at round tables and work through the Scriptures. This setting allows for interaction between the teacher and the hearers.  We also have a room in the back for the smaller children.

Currently, Randy McEwen, the director of Acts III, is leading the service for now  and Michael Dant is heading up the Children's Ministry.  As of the first of April, we will have a full-time pastor on staff that will be leading the church service, and Randy McEwen will be leading the youth.

Our new Pastor is Al Usher and his wife is Angie. Their picture is below. Pictured with them is their youngest daughter Alayna.

We are blessed to have them joining our ministry and look forward to serving the Lord together with them.

Pastor Al's first Sunday to preach was April 6th at the Rincon Church / Thrift Store.
